mini cheesecakes & toppings

I got to bring a dessert to a bridal shower a few weeks ago and in typical Carrie fashion 

I wanted something fun, but simple. 

So I decided on mini cheesecakes and a few toppings 

(blackberries, chocolate chips, strawberries, coconut chips, whipped cream, and pecans).

They were cute & yummy!
